The PREMIUMcook cooking bag was developed as a shrink bag for cooking meat products and at the same time enables the packaged food to be transported. This means that no repacking is necessary and labour costs are reduced. PREMIUMcook can be used either as a cook-in ship bag to protect products right up to the point of sale or as a cook-in strip bag for in-house processing.
Weight loss is minimized
Due to the unique material composition and the high shrinkage rates, PREMIUMcook reduces possible weight loss during cooking to a minimum. The packaged food can be presented in an attractive and glossy way.
Application
