The PREMIUMcheese multilayer shrink bag was developed for packaging ripening cheese. The shrink bag is technologically designed in such a way that the oxygen barrier and the carbon dioxide barrier can be varied flexibly. These individual options optimally support the ripening process of various types of cheese, while the aroma and taste of the cheese are fully preserved.

- Adjustable barrier depending on the type of cheese
- Very good shrinkage properties (up to 40%)
- Overlapping seal possible
- Excellent transparency and high gloss
- Very good sealing properties
Material
- Thickness: 45 µm
- Outer layer: PET
- Layers of PA ensure mechanical resistance
- Development of different material combinations in order to achieve an adjustable barrier depending on the ripeness and gas development of the cheese.
