11. Storage location and duration

If you contact us, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent. The data we store will be stored by our hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH for a period of 14 days. In addition, for security reasons, we use third-party providers for backups, where data is stored for up to five years.

12. Security through SSL

Your orders and your personal data such as your name, address or credit card details are protected by modern security systems. The transmission of this data is encrypted and unreadable to outsiders using VeriSign’s Secure Socket Layer (SSL), a security standard supported by all common Internet browsers. You can recognize the security status by the suffix “s” in the first part of the address ( “https:” instead of “http:” ). Premiumpack takes all necessary precautions to protect your personal data. You can actively help us do this by never sharing your password and choosing encrypted data transmission (SSL) whenever we offer it (for example, during the ordering process).
