PREMIUMPACK does not give authorisation for the use of third party materials for any personal and/ or non-commercial use. Authorisation for the use of third party materials remains with the relevant third party.
3. Trademark
You must not display or use in any manner PREMIUMPACK trademarks or logos without PREMIUMPACK prior written permission.
4. Governing Law
The place of jurisdiction is Vienna. Austrian law shall apply under exclusion of international private law.
